How to Use Your Incense Smudge Bomb

Place your smudge bomb on a suitable heatproof incense burner containing a bed of sand. Using metal tongs, carefully hold the bomb over a flame until it begins to blacken and catch, then place it onto the sand and allow the fragrant smoke to develop.

As the smoke rises, focus on your chosen intention. Visualise the energy you wish to welcome, release or transform.

You may also incorporate your favourite ritual herbs or oils separately into your magical practice.
